jewellery for creative makers
I've been making jewellery for over 15 years and am fascinated by the versatility of precious metals and the beautiful designs they can create.
Over the years my style has evolved and I've been inspired to create designs that reflect the other crafting passions that I have. I began by creating designs inspired by 'notions' found in haberdasheries - buttons, darning needles and thimbles, tactile items that cheer the creative soul.
When I was asked to make a tape measure bangle for Jenni Taylor, The Great British Sewing Bee contestant, I was thrilled and the response was fantastic. I realised that there was a huge demand for jewellery that celebrates craft and makers. Unique quality jewellery with a quirky, individual feel, that you just can't find on the high street.
I'm lucky enough to have a workshop in the beautiful sussex countryside, not far from historic Arundel. I love the tranquil setting which creates the perfect environment to design and make undisturbed.
My jewellery is handcrafted using many traditional tools and techniques. The sterling silver I use is hallmarked and if you're more of a gold lover that's fine, get in touch and we can explore ideas.
So whether you're looking for jewellery for yourself or someone special I hope you find something to treasure from my collection.
