Hi, I’m Lunella and welcome to my world of handmade jewellery inspired by all things creative. I hope you find something here to treasure, either for yourself or as a special gift for someone special.
I’m passionate about creating beautiful unique pieces of jewellery from the highest quality materials, using handmade techniques and my own designs.
I’ve been making silver jewellery for over 15 years and over that time my style has evolved to embody the other crafting passions I have – sewing, knitting, crochet, you name it!
My designs are based on ‘notions’ found in haberdasheries – buttons, darning needles, thimbles, yarn and tape measures. These items are perfect for creating unique pieces of jewellery – button earrings, knitting pendants and thimble brooches. Once the idea took off the designs just kept coming and the response from other passionate creative makers has been fantastic. I soon realised there is a huge demand for jewellery that celebrates craft and makers. My jewellery is for people who want to tell the world about their creative pastimes.
One of the high points of my jewellery making career was being asked by The Great British Sewing Bee contestant Jenni Taylor to create a bespoke silver bangle in the style of a tape measure. I was really proud of the result and Jenni was delighted, I just love seeing her wear it on TV and in photos.
I’m lucky enough to have a workshop in the beautiful West Sussex countryside. I love the tranquil setting that creates the perfect undisturbed environment to design and make my jewellery.
All my jewellery is handcrafted using traditional tools and techniques. The sterling silver I use is hallmarked and of the highest quality. If you’re more of a gold lover, that’s fine, get in touch and we can explore ideas.
I love to work closely with my customers and create bespoke pieces that are completely personal to them, so if you’re looking for something really unique I’d be delighted to get involved.
I hope you enjoy looking around the home of Silverdashery and maybe I’ll see you at one of the upcoming events I’m exhibiting at.

Bye for now, Lunella
